Piper Shores
Piper Shores consists of 138 acres of beautifully landscaped property and 800 feet of ocean frontage, near Higgins Beach in Scarborough. We have 160 independent living apartments, 40 independent living cottages, a 40-bed skilled nursing facility, and 20 assisted living apartments. Piper Shores opened in August 2001.
Holbrook at Piper Shores encompasses Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Care.
Our Assisted Living has 20 one-bedroom apartments with kitchenettes. Our Health Center is a 40-bed (all private) Medicare certified skilled nursing home providing long-term care and rehabilitation services.
