HISTORY OF THE COMPANY
Hyster New England came into existence in January of 1997. It was formed when Yankee Industrial Truck Corp. (YITC) a franchised Hyster forklift for close to 30 years in ME, NH, and VT owned by Charlie Haywood bought Lewis Boyle Company also a 30-year Hyster dealer for MA, CT, and RI.

HNE is the largest material handling dealer in NE and we are the only major OEM dealer that has an established operation in all areas of NE. HNE is the only Hyster Dealer in NE and the Hyster product is viewed as the best truck in the industry. With our product line, the size of our operation and our wide area of coverage we hope to be the vendor of choice for large fleet owners that demand the most out of the product they buy and the dealer they bought it from, especially if the customer has multiple locations in NE.

References with contact information will be required but not to the scale you have listed. Eight references in total (three from each of the last two employers and two from industry acquaintances). In each case they will include a superior, a peer and a subordinate and will include all contact information (name, address, telephone, fax, email and how acquainted).
