OEST Associates, Inc. (OEST) is a 100-person engineering, architecture, surveying and construction management firm in our 25th year of business in Maine. Headquartered in South Portland, we provide professional services to a variety of commercial, industrial, educational, retail, healthcare, and municipal, state and federal government clients.



We are currently working throughout the United States on multi-million dollar construction projects for clients including, power, educational and federal government clients such as the Department of Defense. We are also involved with multiple LEED design projects. OEST’s long-range plan is to continue this growth and continue to expand our services throughout the U.S.



Our multi-discipline services include: site permitting; civil, mechanical, structural, electrical and environmental engineering; architecture; landscape architecture; construction management; airport planning and engineering; land surveying; and forestry management.
