PHASE II FLEET EXPANSION CONTINUES! We have openings for professional drivers who have a commercial drivers license, a minimum of one year's experience and a good driving record. This is your opportunity to make a change in your career with a growing trucking company. We have recently taken delivery of several new Freightliner Century Class Tractors and Reitenouer 48' air ride flatbed trailers to be used on our regional and long haul runs. Each truck has all Freightliner options including two bunks, 450 hp, and factory installed refrigerators.



Competitive Pay and Benefits



Drivers earn 1 week of paid vacation after 1 year, 2 weeks after 4 years (vacation is on an accrual basis)



* Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield health insurance is available, as is dental coverage, long or short-term disability plans and life insurance

* Drivers are eligible to participate in 401k retirement plan after 1 year

* Starting mileage pay is 34 cents per mile.



Pay scale is from 34 to 40 cents per mile



* Additional 5 cents per mile for hazmat loads

* Plus - Wide-load pay at 46 cents per mile

* Plus - Drivers are paid $30.00 for each stop after the first stop

* Plus - Drivers are paid $30.00 for tarping a load and $20.00 for re-tarping at each additional stop

* There are currently 7 paid holidays per year at $100.00 each

* Carlen Transport offers a rider program (at an annual cost of $100.00 for liability insurance)

* Paid driver orientation

* Home weekly positions are available

* Long haul positions are available (averages 12-14 days out per trip)
